As the Power Platform Developer you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing customized solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to support WebBeds' transformation initiatives.
This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and teams to analyse business requirements, propose effective Power Platform solutions, and lead migration of existing applications into Power Platform. This position combines technical expertise with consultative insight to optimize operational processes and enable intelligent automation within WebBeds.
In this role you will:
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop Power Platform solutions: analyse business needs and architect scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to meet specific requirements.
- Lead application migration: manage the migration of existing applications to Power Platform, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and process optimisation.
- Engage with stakeholders: gather requirements, provide progress updates, and demonstrate solutions, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.
- Document processes and workflows: in partnership with the Process Reengineering lead, create clear SOPs and continuously refine automated processes for improved efficiency.
- Drive best practices and innovation: stay informed of the latest Power Platform technologies and recommend solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and share knowledge: guide team members on Power Platform development standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Compile data and support analysis: collaborate with BI teams to gather information for reporting and provide data-driven recommendations for process optimisation.
- Provide technical support: troubleshoot issues during the development lifecycle and post-implementation, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Extensive hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Proven application migration skills, specifically in transitioning legacy applications to the Power Platform while ensuring data integrity, seamless system integration, and enhanced process automation.
- High technical proficiency and an in-depth understanding of databases like SQL and Dataverse, as well as APIs and integration services to optimize system interoperability.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotic process automation platforms, and workflow management tools.
- Advanced proficiency in documenting complex process workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Solid understanding of process optimization principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment while effectively managing multiple competing priorities.
