You’ll meet the hiring team through an interview process tailored to the role. Depending on the position, this may include an assessment or additional conversations to help both sides explore fit in more depth. We’ll always be transparent about what’s coming next, why each step matters, and how the decision will be made.

If it’s a mutual fit, we move quickly. You can expect to hear from us with feedback and, if successful, an offer within the same week as your final interviews. We value clear communication and won’t leave you guessing.

We’ll work around your notice period and current commitments to make your transition as smooth as possible. From day one, our focus is on helping you settle in, connect with your team, and feel confident in what’s ahead — so you’re set up for success from the start.

A little preparation goes a long way. Our interviews are designed to be conversations, not examinations — the goal is simply to help both sides decide if we’re the right fit for each other.

Do your research

Spend some time building context around the business and the industry we operate in. You don’t need to know everything — just enough to understand who we are, what we do, and how the role fits. Understand the role

Read the job description carefully and think about how your experience connects to what we’re looking for. Being able to clearly link what you’ve done to what the role requires helps keep the conversation focused and relevant.

Refresh what you know

Whatever your discipline, it’s worth revisiting the core skills and knowledge relevant to your field. This isn’t about memorising answers — it’s about feeling confident discussing your expertise.

Be yourself
