WebBeds Marketplace APIs provide programmatic access to WebBeds content for partners requiring deeper system integration and automation.

APIs support the full booking lifecycle, enabling partners to retrieve availability and rates, access content and static data, create bookings, and manage amendments or cancellations directly within their own systems. Real‑time validation at booking confirmation helps ensure pricing and availability accuracy.

API partners are supported through a structured technical onboarding process, including documentation, credentials and integration guidance. Content, property and room mapping are completed during implementation to ensure accurate search results and booking flows aligned to WebBeds Marketplace standards.

Consistent response structures and standardised error handling support reliable operation, easier troubleshooting and scalable distribution once live.

The WebBeds Marketplace Booking Site is our secure, web‑based platform that enables travel buyers to search, book and manage WebBeds content in one place.

Designed to support front‑line booking and day‑to‑day operations, the platform provides access to real‑time availability, net rates, inclusions and booking conditions, with instant confirmation at the time of booking. Users can manage eligible amendments and cancellations directly within the booking site, as well as view booking status and history to support servicing and reconciliation.

Access to the booking site is role based, allowing agencies to assign appropriate permissions to agents, supervisors and administrators. This structured access helps teams work efficiently while maintaining controls across their organisation. Booking Site access, user setup and training support are arranged through your WebBeds account team as part of onboarding and ongoing partnership support.

What is the WebBeds Marketplace?
WebBeds Marketplace is the ecosystem of WebBeds content, services, and transactions across all supply and booking channels, accessed by Travel Buyers via the WebBeds booking site and API integrations.
Can we have multiple users with different access levels?

Yes. Role based access is supported, allowing different permissions for agents, supervisors and administrators.

What should we do if we can’t log in?

Login issues should be raised with WebBeds support for investigation and resolution.

How do we request access to WebBeds Marketplace?

Access to WebBeds Marketplace booking sites or APIs is arranged through your WebBeds account or commercial contact during onboarding. Simply complete the Join Us form and a team member will be in touch.

How do we manage user access?

Users with admin access can add, update or remove users through the User Management tool on the WebBeds booking site. For assistance, please contact your Webbeds Account Manager or Support Contact.

Who is my primary point of contact?

Your WebBeds account manager remains your primary point of contact and will coordinate access, onboarding, documentation support and escalation as required.

Can we connect to WebBeds via API?

Yes. WebBeds offers API connectivity to approved partners via WebBeds Marketplace, enabling direct integration into your booking engine, mid office or back office systems.

What is required to start API integration?

API access is granted following commercial agreement and technical approval. Your WebBeds technical onboarding team will provide documentation, credentials and implementation support for WebBeds Marketplace.

How is hotel content provided?

WebBeds supplies hotel content (descriptions, images, amenities and room details) through WebBeds Marketplace, across both API and POS channels.

Who supports content and mapping questions?

Content, mapping and configuration queries can be raised with your WebBeds account manager or technical support team.

What APIs are available?

WebBeds Marketplace APIs typically include:

  • Shop / availability
  • Rates and pricing
  • Booking creation
  • Booking management
  • Content and static data

The specific API scope is confirmed during technical onboarding.

Can we use both API connectivity and web booking?

Yes. Partners may use a combination of WebBeds Marketplace API connectivity and web based booking sites (POS), subject to contract.

Is property and room mapping required?

Yes. API partners must complete property and room mapping to ensure accurate search results, pricing and booking flows within their systems.

How are API errors handled?

WebBeds Marketplace APIs return structured error responses with standardised codes and descriptive messages, enabling partners to identify and handle issues programmatically. A dedicated technical team that will collaborate on resolution.

What is the WebBeds booking site?

The WebBeds Booking Site is our secure, web‑based online booking site that enables travel buyers to search, book and manage WebBeds content in one place, allowing agents to access the same core WebBeds Marketplace content available via API integration.

What can agents do in the booking site?

Using the WebBeds Marketplace booking site, agents can:

  • Search and book hotels and other products
  • View rates and inclusions
  • Review booking conditions and cancellation policies
  • Cancel eligible bookings
  • Access booking confirmations and status

Is training provided?

Yes. WebBeds offers onboarding support, documentation and training resources to help agents use WebBeds Marketplace booking site effectively.

How are bookings confirmed?

All bookings made via WebBeds Marketplace are confirmed at the time of booking. Confirmation details are returned via API or displayed in the booking site.

Can bookings be cancelled?

Cancellations depend on the product rules and policies attached to each booking and can be processed through WebBeds Marketplace where permitted.

Where can we view our bookings?

Bookings can be viewed in the WebBeds Marketplace booking site or retrieved programmatically via API, depending on your setup.

Who do we contact about booking discrepancies?

Booking queries should be raised with  your WebBeds Account Manager or Support Contact, quoting the WebBeds booking reference.

How are booking conditions communicated?

Booking conditions, inclusions and cancellation policies are displayed in WebBeds Marketplace at the time of booking and included in confirmations.

How are stop sales handled?

Stop sales are applied by suppliers in real time via WebBeds Marketplace. All bookings confirmed prior to a stop sale remain valid and must be honoured.

What if a hotel queries a booking?

WebBeds manages supplier communication. Buyers should direct operational queries to WebBeds rather than contacting hotels directly unless advised otherwise.

How does payment to WebBeds work?

Payment terms, currency and invoicing frequency are defined in your commercial agreement.

Who should we contact for invoicing or payment queries?

Finance‑related questions should be raised with your WebBeds finance support or account manager.

Are multiple currencies supported?

Yes. WebBeds Marketplace supports multiple currencies, subject to contract and market configuration.

Are rates net or commissionable?

Rates provided through WebBeds Marketplace can be either net rates or comissionable gross rates depending on set-up and rate conditions set forth in the commercial agreement.

What if rates or availability look incorrect?

Verify the issue within your system or booking site first. If it persists, contact WebBeds support with property and booking details.

How often are rates and availability updated?

Rates and availability are updated in real time or near real time via WebBeds Marketplace, depending on supplier connectivity.

What security standards does WebBeds follow?

WebBeds applies industry‑recognised security standards to protect WebBeds Marketplace systems, data and transactions.

How is fraud managed?

Monitoring and control measures are in place to detect and reduce fraudulent activity across the WebBeds distribution network.

Does WebBeds use Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Yes. WebBeds Marketplace booking sites support MFA, including:

  • TOTP MFA (recommended) via authenticator apps
  • Email MFA using one‑time codes

Compatible apps include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, 1Password and FreeOTP.

Who is our primary WebBeds contact?

Each partner is assigned a WebBeds account manager. Operational and technical support is provided through dedicated support teams.

Is support available 24/7?

Support availability varies by region and product. Your account manager can confirm applicable support hours and escalation paths.
