Building one culture

Managing a team for eight years, I know that human error is inevitable. But sometimes I’m surprised by how many months we can go without a single reported error. It happens because of constant communication. We stay so close to the work, monitoring activities hourly and reviewing statuses weekly, that we catch everything early. By being proactive, we deliver a level of accuracy I didn’t think was possible.
