This involves acquiring new hotel partnerships, negotiating contract renewals, optimising rates, allotments, and availability, and driving supplier performance across thousands of travel agents and international distribution channels via our technology platform.

This role requires a commercially driven, relationship-focused, and analytical individual with strong negotiation skills, account management expertise, and market analysis capabilities. • Account management and support: Manage supplier accounts by optimising rate competitiveness, allotments, and preferred agreements, while supporting partners on payment, rate, and operational queries.

  • Target setting and performance driving: Drive performance through target setting by aligning commercial goals with suppliers and monitoring progress to maximise revenue and market share.

  • Allotment utilization optimization: Monitor and optimise allotment utilisation by analysing reports, reviewing availability, and making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

  • Direct contracting conversion: Convert third-party supply into direct contracts to strengthen market positioning and increase direct inventory across key territories.

  • New supplier onboarding: Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand product offering and enhance market coverage within assigned regions.

  • Platform adoption promotion: Promote adoption of WebBeds’ extranet and direct connectivity ensuring rates and inventory are consistently updated and maintained year-round.

  • Data and market intelligence leverage: Leverage data and market intelligence from internal systems, sales feedback, and third-party sources to identify trends and implement actionable strategies.

  • Cross-functional process collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Data Entry teams to resolve issues, support special requests, and ensure seamless contract and booking processes.

  • Industry event representation: Represent WebBeds at industry events and conferences to strengthen supplier relationships and gain insights into market trends and opportunities.

  • Market performance and growth strategy: Analyse market performance and implement growth strategies to increase market share and drive business expansion within assigned territories.

  • Autonomous territory management: Operate autonomously within assigned territory while partnering closely with the Regional Manager to identify and execute new business development opportunities.
