As a Contract Loading Associate, you will support the global commercial contracting teams by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of supplier contract information into internal systems.
You will play a key role in maintaining high data accuracy standards, following established processes and procedures, and contributing to efficient operational workflows. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will help deliver error-free contract loading while supporting continuous improvements across the team.
In this role you will:
Key responsibilities
- Contract data entry: enter new supplier contracts into company database systems accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Contract updates management: input amendments and updates to existing contracts while maintaining data integrity.
- Rate calculations: calculate cost rates using basic mathematical methods to ensure correct pricing.
- Quality control: perform self-checks on all entries to achieve a high standard of accuracy and aim for a zero error rate.
- SLA compliance: ensure all turnaround times are met in line with departmental service level agreements.
- Process adherence: follow established department processes and procedures consistently.
- Issue identification: raise queries for any contract details that appear incorrect or do not follow standard processes.
- Stakeholder communication: liaise with Contract Managers via phone or email to resolve contract-related queries.
- Partner support: assist supplier partners with requests in a timely, polite, and professional manner.
- Workflow improvement: provide feedback on any blockages or inefficiencies identified in daily processes.
- Task execution: complete all assigned tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Department Manager.
- Training participation: attend training sessions and presentations to develop knowledge and skills.
- Reporting support: accurately complete departmental reports when required.
- Team collaboration: provide support to team members and other departments when needed.
- Target achievement: meet performance targets and objectives on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.
