What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.

As the Global Manager Contract Loading (BAR/Dynamic), you will lead and optimise the Channel Manager contract loading function across all WebBeds regions, ensuring accurate and timely conversion of supplier contract data into global systems. Working at the centre of Contracting Operations, you will drive operational excellence, elevate performance standards and deliver high quality outcomes across all markets.

You will act as the global strategic lead for channel manager contract loading, partnering with regional leadership teams across APAC, Americas, MEA and Europe to deliver seamless support. As deputy to the Director of Contract Loading, you will represent the function, lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve complex operational issues and drive continuous improvement, while delivering key projects to scope, quality and timelines.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership: support and partner with the Director of Contract Loading to deliver targets, meet SLAs and maintain high operational standards.
  • Workload management: allocate and prioritise workloads across Contracting Operations to ensure efficiency and KPI adherence.
  • Performance oversight: monitor team output and take action to rebalance workloads or escalate issues when needed.
  • Team leadership: lead, coach and develop Team Leaders, Senior Associates and Associates to achieve operational excellence.
  • Performance management: set and refine performance standards, conduct views and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement.
  • Talent development: build and strengthen a high-performing leadership pipeline across the global team.
  • Continuous improvement: champion innovation and encourage teams to propose ideas and lead change initiatives.
  • Process optimisation: enhance and maintain department policies and procedures to improve business outcomes.
  • Reporting and insights: deliver accurate and timely reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Stakeholder management: build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and resolve issues collaboratively and efficiently.
  • Project delivery: lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives and special projects to agreed scope and timelines.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership or departmental management role within a travel or bedbank environment.

  • Proven ability to mentor, inspire and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to excellence.

  • Ability to influence, communicate and collaborate effectively at all organisational levels.

  • Strong decision-making, delegation and coaching skills.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.

  • Proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.

  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
