As a Sales Support Executive, you will support the Commercial Technology team by managing account setups, system configurations, supplier distribution, and internal operational requests to ensure smooth day-to-day sales and client operations across the region. You will work closely with commercial, operational, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate system maintenance, timely issue resolution, and efficient execution of business processes. 

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in supporting internal teams, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless experience for both suppliers and commercial stakeholders across the APAC region. 

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

  • Account lifecycle management: manage account creation, updates, suspension, reactivation and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate and seamless operations.
  • Restrictions management: execute client and hotel restriction requests in coordination with Commercial Technology and Contracting teams.
  • Supply optimisation: support client optimisation and supplier distribution setup, enabling or disabling supply sources based on business needs.
  • Stakeholder communication: act as a key point of contact for internal teams including Commercial, Contracting and Finance to resolve operational requests and issues.
  • Reporting and analysis: prepare and maintain operational reports and performance data to support analysis and decision making.
  • Data accuracy and compliance: ensure all system updates and processes adhere to internal policies and maintain high data accuracy standards.
  • Cross-functional coordination: collaborate with teams across the business to support daily operations and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Issue management: monitor and resolve operational issues by identifying gaps, escalating where needed and ensuring timely closure.
  • Process improvement: support initiatives to streamline workflows, improve system usage and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, operations or sales support functions.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
