What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will manage and grow a portfolio of Retail and XML partner accounts, maximising revenue through exceptional account management, strong commercial relationships, and in-depth product knowledge. You will work directly with clients in a B2B bedbank environment, handling multiple account management projects at once while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

You will collaborate across Finance, Customer Service, Contracting, Sales, IT, Marketing, and Management to deliver client-focused solutions and service. You will also build a clear understanding of the Pacific sales market, its trends and buying behaviours, and service customers and colleagues within the Australian Eastern Standard Time zone.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

  • Account management: manage a portfolio of accounts day to day, keeping the WebBeds CRM accurate and up to date, and adapting the account base as business requirements change.

  • Commercial relationships: build rapport and strong commercial relationships within accounts at all levels.

  • Communication: maintain consistent communication with internal and external clients in writing, by telephone, and on Teams within Australian Eastern Standard Time.

  • Business development: onboard new clients within your assigned account base, identify new opportunities, and record leads and opportunities in the WebBeds CRM.

  • Performance analysis: use reporting tools such as Power BI to understand account and market trends, and provide analysis at the request of the Sales Manager.

  • Issue resolution: work with IT to resolve technical issues and liaise with internal support teams to resolve customer service and operational issues raised by clients.

  • Teamwork: work collaboratively with colleagues across the Pacific sales team to solve problems and implement strategies that grow customer accounts.

  • Market knowledge: keep up to date with the Pacific markets, including key players across segments, competitor activity, trade shows, and marketing opportunities, staying aware of micro and macro changes that affect the business.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar account management or sales support role (preferred).

  • A bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism.

  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to review client performance and work with reporting tools and CRM systems.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple account management projects at once while maintaining attention to detail.

  • A customer-focused approach, with the drive to resolve any issues that may act as a barrier to sales.

  • Confidence building relationships and enjoyment of regular client interaction.

  • The ability to work independently, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Very good written and spoken English.

  • The ability to meet and exceed regional KPIs and total transaction value (TTV) targets.

  • Willingness to work within the Australian Eastern Standard Time zone to service customers and colleagues.
