Contract Loading Associate

As a Contract Loading Associate, you will provide administrative support to the global commercial contracting teams, ensuring supplier contract information is entered accurately and efficiently into the company database systems within agreed service levels. Working within the Contracting Operations Team, this entry-level role is central to delivering high-quality, error-free contract loading. 

This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong eye for detail who can work independently and follow established processes and procedures to deliver excellent, accurate results. 

• Experience working in a data entry or administration environment (preferable). 

• Travel industry or hotel background (beneficial). 

• Accuracy, research skills, and strong attention to detail. 

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Team-working skills, with the ability to work under own initiative. 

• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. 

• Adaptable to changes in day-to-day tasks and procedures. 

• Confident to ask questions and seek clarification. 

• Fluency in spoken and written English (required). 

• Amenable to hybrid working and a shifting schedule.
