As a Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer, you will design, architect, and deliver advanced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that power our global travel marketplace. You will drive key technical decisions, set standards for quality and scalability, and ensure every CRM implementation meets enterprise-grade expectations.
Combining hands-on development with technical leadership, you will mentor a talented team of developers, guide solution design from concept through delivery, and stay ahead of the evolving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape to keep our solutions modern and future-ready.
Key responsibilities
Technical leadership and architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, and define technical standards, coding guidelines, and solution best practices.
Team mentorship: Provide code reviews, technical coaching, and hands-on guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Solution planning: Participate in project planning, estimations, and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
Advanced development: Build complex customisations, plugins, custom workflow activities, and extensions using C#, alongside enterprise-grade model-driven apps and automation flows.
Performance optimisation: Optimise the performance, security, and reliability of CRM solutions while overseeing ALM and CI/CD pipelines.
Integration and cloud expertise: Lead integration design using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management, and design API-based communication between CRM and external systems.
Security and governance: Ensure sound security, identity management, and governance across solutions using Azure AD and role-based security.
Collaboration and delivery: Work with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs and ensure timely delivery of CRM features and projects.
Technical problem solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, guide the team on solution approaches, and stay current with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform roadmaps and best practices.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and Power Platform development.
Master’s degree or advanced training in Microsoft technologies is desirable.
Deep understanding of Dataverse, CRM architecture, and solution layering.
Strong knowledge of plugin development, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and API integrations.
Experience designing and building large-scale CRM integrations and workflows.
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services related to CRM, including Functions, Logic Apps, AI Builder, and Service Bus.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and solution transport processes.
Experience with enterprise architectures and multi-environment ALM management.
Knowledge of AI, Dataverse virtual tables, or advanced Power Apps components.
Experience with multi-module Dynamics implementations such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, or custom apps.
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring developers and driving technical delivery in CRM environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
