As a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions that support scalable, efficient business processes. This involves translating functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions, building CRM components, developing custom code, and supporting integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem and Azure cloud.
You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, developers, QA, architects, and product teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and operational performance across WebBeds.
Key responsibilities
Solution development: Design, build, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customisations and Power Platform solutions that support business needs.
CRM configuration: Create and maintain entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules using best-practice configuration standards.
Custom development: Develop plugins, workflows, custom activities, and reusable components using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
Power Platform delivery: Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that improve process efficiency and user experience.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, scalable technical specifications.
Agile delivery: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to support predictable and high-quality delivery.
Technical collaboration: Partner with developers, QA specialists, architects, and product teams to deliver secure and reliable CRM solutions.
Integration support: Implement and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, and internal applications.
Cloud and DevOps: Support Azure-based services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git-based development practices.
Maintenance and quality: Troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and ensure solutions follow architectural, security, and coding standards.
Continuous improvement: Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure updates, and emerging best practices.
3+ years of experience developing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, including entities, forms, views, workflows, dashboards, and business rules.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 API integrations, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, and Git.
Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery environments and automated testing practices for CRM or Power Platform solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
