The Revenue Optimization Manager is responsible for maximizing the company’s revenue and profitability through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall commercial performance by designing and implementing strategic initiatives.
The position acts as a key link between commercial, product, finance, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of revenue-enhancing projects.
In this role you will:
- Analyze large datasets to identify revenue growth opportunities, cost reduction areas, and margin optimization strategies.
- Develop, propose, and lead initiatives aimed at improving revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with commercial, contracting, finance, product, and technical teams to design and implement optimization projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and profitability.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and work closely with technical teams to automate and optimize workflows.
- Review product configurations, commercial conditions, and customer-related restrictions to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
- Support pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies through analytical insights and recommendations.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track revenue optimization performance.
- Ensure alignment of revenue optimization initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives.
Essential Qualifications and knowledge
