As a Market Manager, you will drive the performance and growth of hotel supply within your assigned portfolio by building strong partner relationships, negotiating competitive agreements, and ensuring product quality and availability across distribution channels. You will act as a key point of contact for accommodation partners, working collaboratively to optimise commercial performance and deliver a seamless customer experience. We are currently recruiting for two Market Manager positions in Vietnam - one based in Hanoi and one based in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

You will analyse market trends and performance data to identify opportunities, implement strategic initiatives, and continuously improve the competitiveness of the portfolio. Through proactive engagement and effective account management, you will contribute to achieving revenue targets and strengthening the company's market presence. 

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

 

  • Account management: Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with accommodation partners to drive long-term collaboration and performance. 

  • Contract negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and availability agreements to ensure competitive offerings aligned with business objectives. 

  • Portfolio optimisation: Monitor and improve the performance, availability, and competitiveness of assigned hotel inventory. 

  • Market analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy. 

  • Revenue growth: Drive revenue by increasing room night production, improving conversion rates, and expanding the portfolio where required. 

  • Partner engagement: Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and business updates with partners to maintain alignment and uncover opportunities. 

  • Quality assurance: Ensure all product content, rate accuracy, and availability meet company standards and customer expectations. 

  • Issue resolution: Address and resolve partner-related issues promptly to maintain strong relationships and minimise business impact. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, contracting, and operations to support business objectives. 

  • Reporting: Prepare and share regular performance reports, insights, and action plans with internal stakeholders.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, contracting, or sales within the travel or hospitality industry. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

  • Proficient in Excel and CRM tools, with the ability to interpret performance data and reporting dashboards. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. 

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese. 

  • Willingness to travel as required to manage partner relationships.
