Johanna is a Chief People Officer with more than 25 years of international experience leading people strategy, organisational transformation, and workforce performance across industries including telecommunications, renewable energy, and IT services and software within multinational environments. With leadership experience spanning Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East, she specialises in aligning talent, culture, and organisational design with business strategy to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and organisational resilience.

Based in Dubai for over a decade, Johanna has partnered with executive teams and boards to lead enterprise-wide transformation, including organisational growth, restructuring, succession planning, and cultural change.

At WebBeds, she leads Talent & Culture with a focus on modernising the function through governance, leadership accountability, and digital and AI-enabled solutions that strengthen performance, efficiency, and long-term business outcomes - ensuring people strategy supports commercial and operational outcomes.
