She has worked with organisations including Corrs Chambers Westgarth, AusNet Services, Quadrant Energy, Port of Melbourne and Bellamy's Australia Limited. Ella has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
Ella is responsible for providing legal advice to the executive team and the board on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, listing requirements and corporate governance standards and supporting the board in its governance responsibilities.
