Alexandra brings more than 20 years of international experience in operations across the Financial Services, Insurance, and Travel industries. With an academic foundation in psychology and banking, she began her career with Citigroup in Romania, Poland, and the United Kingdom, where she developed deep expertise in managing complex client requirements at both regional and global levels. Her progression into increasingly senior roles gave her a strong command of customer behaviour, service delivery, and operational design.

Her track record in driving customer satisfaction and her understanding of diverse customer segments led her to become COO for Client Delivery within Citigroup’s Trade and Treasury Solutions division. In this role, she redesigned support models and introduced automation and new technologies that improved service for corporates, public sector organisations, and financial institutions. Alexandra continued to build her transformation credentials as a Director at First Data, where she led global operational functions focused on customer service and relationship management across both B2B and B2B2C environments.

Her move into the travel industry came through Amadeus, where she served as Global Head of Payment Operations, gaining valuable insight into travel technology, payments, and operational scalability. She later joined AXA Partners as Global Head of Customer Operations, contributing significantly to the company’s ambition to become a leading, cost‑efficient global organisation delivering best‑in‑class customer experience.

At WebBeds, Alexandra oversees global customer service, supplier operations, and contract back‑office activities. She brings a highly customer‑oriented and value‑driven mindset to the role, championing simplicity, consistency, and continuous improvement across processes.
