NOTE:

Free sale/Capped Free sales: Rooms will be closed as requested within 48 hours from receipt of your email. Our stop sale teams work Monday to Friday, stop sale received on Friday may be actioned on the following Monday. All existing bookings and bookings made within this time must be honored. For immediate application of stop sales we recommend using your extranet account which allows you to update stop sales 24/7.

BAR: Rooms will remain open and available for sale. Stop Sales for BAR can only be managed directly by you using your extranet or channel manager account.

Allocation: Rooms remain open and available for sale. All existing bookings and future bookings from allocation rooms must be honored. If the date(s) requested is within the release period, then all unsold rooms are automatically returned to the hotel. If you need to close the allocation rooms, then please contact your Contracts Manager directly. No stop sales to allocation are accepted unless confirmed in writing to you.

Points to Note:

  • All WebBeds bookings are automatically confirmed to our clients and notified to the supplier at the time of booking either by email or channel manager (as per your set up).
  • Bookings must be re-confirmed with the hotel reference number by clicking on the confirmation link or through your extranet account.
  • Please be advised that we can only close free sale rooms which are part of our current live contract with you.  Any dates outside of the contract cannot be closed ahead of time.
  • If you do not have an extranet account already set up or for any other questions, then please contact your Contracts Manager.
