Regarding our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) data, we maintain consistency from last year. Females constitute 55% of our overall population, and 48% of our leaders are female. Additionally, we proudly champion the 40:40:20 Vision, aiming for gender balance in our senior leadership team by 2030.
