As the Vice President of Global Chains, you will play a transformative role in shaping WebBeds' strategic vision for hotel chain partnerships across the Americas. Based in Orlando or any major business center in the Americas, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives with premier hospitality brands, driving sustainable growth through innovative commercial models and technology integration. This is an executive opportunity to redefine the future of hotel distribution by fostering key relationships and guiding WebBeds through an exciting period of transformation.
In this role you will:
As the VP of Global Chains, you will directly oversee WebBeds’ high-stakes relationships with major hotel chains, developing and implementing innovative engagement strategies that enhance our distribution footprint. Your strategic insights and data-driven approach will help capture emerging market opportunities, guiding WebBeds through complex industry challenges. This role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and championing initiatives to modernize partnership models across the Americas. You will act as a key figure in WebBeds’ leadership, shaping our long-term success and ensuring we remain competitive in the evolving travel landscape.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage and optimize WebBeds’ most strategic hotel chain relationships across the Americas, creating transformative engagement strategies tailored to major hotel partners.
- Identify and pursue emerging market opportunities to expand and diversify WebBeds’ partnership portfolio.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with C-suite executives of key hospitality partners, establishing and maintaining strong executive relationships.
- Shape the future of hotel distribution by developing innovative commercial models and integrating advanced technology solutions to stay ahead in a dynamic marketplace.
- Address complex market challenges by devising and implementing creative, multi-platform solutions.
- Ensure exceptional execution of partnership agreements, upholding high standards for quality, service, and efficiency.
- Lead, build, and mentor high-performing teams across regions, aligning their objectives with broader commercial goals in collaboration with global leadership.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and commercial excellence, driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic partner relationships, ensuring swift and effective resolution of high-priority issues.
- Spearhead initiatives to modernize WebBeds’ partnership models, continuously adapting to meet evolving industry needs and expectations.
- Develop a structured framework for evaluating and prioritizing partnership opportunities across regions.
- Drive the strategic expansion of WebBeds’ distribution footprint throughout the Americas, supporting long-term business growth.
- Champion change management efforts across stakeholder groups, ensuring seamless communication and smooth transitions during periods of transformation.

- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex, high-stakes relationships at the executive level.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Proficiency in data-driven strategy formulation, with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading multinational teams, managing matrix relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across various levels and regions.
- Flexibility for Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for executive meetings, industry events, and team leadership.
- Industry Experience: Background in the travel sector, particularly in Hotel Management, Distribution, or Purchasing roles, is advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
