We are seeking a technically savvy and analytical Technical Account Manager to play a key role in supporting sales teams, improving integrations, and optimizing customer performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B travel distribution, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to analyze large sets of data. In this role you will:

Be responsible for providing technical expertise to internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless system integrations, troubleshooting errors, and driving data-driven improvements. You will analyze client performance, identify areas for optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance WebBeds’ distribution strategy.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Act as a technical advisor to sales managers, helping them communicate effectively with clients.
  • Analyze system integrations to identify and resolve errors, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Monitor client performance, tracking traffic, conversion rates, and error patterns.
  • Set performance thresholds and take corrective action when needed.
  • Provide customized product lists, booking insights, and destination data based on client needs.
  • Conduct periodic mapping reviews to enhance system accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help contracting teams troubleshoot and resolve distribution-related issues.
  • Use Power BI, Excel, and other tools to analyze and visualize performance trends.
  • Work closely with external tech platforms to ensure smooth client connectivity.
  • Partner with sales, contracting, and technology teams to drive seamless integrations.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen relationships and stay ahead of market trends.
