As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end API integrations with new clients and optimizing existing connections. You will work directly with C-level technology and product leaders, ensuring seamless partnerships from conceptual design to operational delivery. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate with sales, technology, pricing, and optimization teams to enhance technical efficiencies and maximize financial growth within the LATAM region. Your expertise in API integrations, troubleshooting, and client relationship management will help strengthen WebBeds’ position as a leader in travel technology.

In this role you will:

Oversee technical implementations, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to streamline API onboarding. You will also play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, offering tailored technical solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Drive end-to-end API integrations with new partners, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on integrations prior to launch.
  • Optimize post-launch connections for both technical efficiency and commercial benefit.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients in the LATAM region.
  • Conduct onsite workshops and training sessions with clients’ technical teams.
  • Build strong relationships with senior-level technical counterparts at partner companies.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
  • Ensure functionality between clients, tech houses, and WebBeds systems.
  • Work closely with sales teams to implement commercial strategies that enhance partnerships.
  • Engage in pre-sales discussions, providing insights on technical feasibility and best practices.

  • Proficiency in APIs and multiple programming languages, including SQL.
  • Strong coding and software development experience.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus).
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality, workable solutions.
  • Ability to creatively solve business and technology challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with web-based and mobile-based product development and high-volume transactional technology architectures.
  • Background in e-commerce and/or travel technology is a plus.
