We are seeking a strategic and visionary Talent Transformation Director to lead our organization’s efforts in evolving and future-proofing our talent strategies. This role is responsible for driving large scale workforce transformation initiatives, aligning talent development with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
In this role you will:
As Talent Transformation Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies to upskill our global workforce, strengthen our learning and development offerings, and enhance employee engagement & retention across the company. You will lead initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning in line with our values and strategic skill objectives, ensuring our employees are empowered with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
Collaborating with senior and Talent & Culture leadership and stakeholders, you will develop and drive strategies and frameworks around transforming and retaining talent that are aligned with WebBeds’ overall business goals and employee value propositions.
Key Responsibilities.
- Strategize and lead the development of upskilling initiatives and training programs that enhance employee competencies, preparing them for future business challenges and opportunities.
- Accountable for the Talent Transformation strategy and framework, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and contributes to talent retention, satisfaction, and engagement on a global and local scale.
- Collaborate with TCEP’s and Employee Relations to ensure smooth and impactful implementation of development programs, while aligning them with onboarding and retention strategies.
- Inspire and mentor teams globally, fostering a people-first approach and promoting a culture that values coaching, learning, and personal development.
- Design, implement and deliver the Leadership Programme and Succession Plan.
- Develop Performance management strategy and framework to drive and foster better performance to meet business growth.
- Conduct research on industry trends and innovations in talent transformation, training, engagement, and culture to ensure WebBeds remains competitive and attractive as an employer.
- Train, present and communicate talent transformation initiatives to senior stakeholders, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s talent transformation goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve training programs and upskilling efforts, ensuring they meet business needs and boost employee performance globally.
- Be a storyteller and coach, communicating the vision for WebBeds’ future, while guiding teams through transformation in a way that is motivational, clear, and impactful.
The skills we would love to see in your suitcase.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within talent transformation and change management.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic role.
- Proven ability to manage learning and development programs, partnering with external content providers and internal teams to drive the company’s upskilling and training agenda.
- Strong understanding of total reward strategies and experience in aligning them with business goals to retain and engage talent.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data from engagement tools (e.g., Culture Amp) to inform decision-making and continuously enhance employee experiences.
- Experience in leading teams, providing mentorship, and promoting professional growth through impactful training and development strategies.
- Globally astute, with the ability to tailor transformation initiatives to the diverse needs of a global workforce.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and employees alike, inspiring action through storytelling and clear vision.
- Research-driven, staying on top of trends in employee engagement, training development, and reward strategies.
- A creative thinker, constantly seeking innovative approaches to develop talent and transform the workforce.
