We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent & Culture Executive Partner – Finance to join our team. This senior HR leadership role will partner closely with the Finance leadership team to deliver people strategies that drive business performance and foster a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR initiatives across the Finance function, enabling leadership capability, optimizing organizational design, and supporting talent development and succession planning.

As a Talent & Culture Executive Partner – Finance, you will act as a key Talent & Culture Leader for your region or central department, driving the people agenda in alignment with WebBeds’ commercial goals. Supporting the Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture & CPO, you will act as a strategic advisor, change agent, and talent advocate. Communities of Excellence to deliver talent strategies, manage employee relations, and implement solutions to meet organizational needs. Support and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with WebBeds’ commercial objectives, driving a culture of high performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities.
- Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring organizational effectiveness and a culture of high performance.
- Champion initiatives that promote a positive employee experience, focusing on engagement, development, and well-being across the region or central department.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and effective recruitment aligned with business needs, while managing workforce planning and manpower budgets.
- Implement and support performance management processes, driving employee development and organizational capability.
- Facilitate succession planning initiatives, ensuring a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws while promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Advocate for DEI initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce reflective of WebBeds' values.
- Act as the custodian of Talent & Culture policies, ensuring they are communicated effectively and adhered to within your region or central department.
- Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with T&C Communities of Excellence to implement global talent initiatives and customize them for your regional or centralised departmental relevance.
- Lead organizational change efforts, acting as a coach and advisor to leaders and employees during transformation initiatives.

- Minimum 7 years of experience within a HR/Talent & Culture business partnering role.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a strategic role.
- Domain level HR/Talent & Culture experience across a central function (IT/Finance/Ops) or wider region (APAC, Europe, MEA, AMER).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA in HR/Organizational Development is highly desirable).
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD Level 5/7, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Regional HR/Talent & Culture Business Partner or similar role in a global, matrixed organization, with strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Ability to align people strategies with organizational goals, driving measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments, with an understanding of regional labor laws and market trends.
- Proficiency in analyzing talent metrics and data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
- Demonstrated success in managing organizational change and driving employee engagement through transitions.
- A passion for fostering talent and promoting a culture that values inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Solid understanding of HR/Talent & Culture practices, policies, and employment legislation across the regional or centralised department you will support.
