We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent & Culture Business Partner – Operations to join our growing team. This role is a strategic HR partner to our Operations teams, supporting business leaders in driving a high-performance culture, managing talent, and enabling organizational growth. You will play a critical role in shaping our people agenda, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives, and fostering a positive employee experience across the operational workforce.

As a Talent & Culture Business Partner – Operations, you will support the Talent & Culture Executive Partner for Operations in driving the people agenda and delivering key Talent & Culture operational initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring that Talent & Culture policies, processes, and services are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with business needs. Acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day operational Talent & Culture matters, you will collaborate with the Talent & Culture Communities of Excellence and regional teams to deliver high-quality Talent & Culture support, analytics, and solutions that contribute to the organization’s success.Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring organizational effectiveness and a culture of high performance.
Key Responsibilities.
- Provide day-to-day operational Talent & Culture support across Operations, ensuring the smooth execution of Talent & Culture processes and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with People Services to analyze Talent & Culture data and metrics, generating insights to inform workforce planning, performance management, and other talent strategies.
- Partner with the Communities of Excellence to ensure appropriate schemes for Operations employee engagement, performance and retention.
- Support the implementation of talent initiatives developed by the Talent Transformation (TT) and Talent Acquisition Community of Excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing Talent & Culture queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing updates on key Talent & Culture operational metrics.
- Work with the Labor Relations Community of Excellence to ensure compliance with labor laws, employee relations issues are handled promptly and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to the onboarding and integration process for new hires, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Support the Talent & Culture Executive Partner for Operations in the delivery of organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and employee engagement.
- Maintain Talent & Culture systems and records with a high degree of accuracy, supporting data integrity and reporting needs.

- Minimum 5 years of experience within an operational HR/Talent & Culture business partnering role.
- 2+ years of experience in a strategic role.
- Domain level HR/Talent & Culture experience across a central function (IT/Finance/Ops) or wider region (APAC, Europe, MEA, AMER).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD Level 3/5 are an advantage).
- Extensive experience in HR/Talent & Culture operations or as a HR/Talent & Culture generalist, with exposure to a global or regional HR/ Talent & Culture environment.
- Strong understanding of HR/Talent & Culture operations, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and data management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in generating and interpreting Talent & Culture data and metrics to support decision-making.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
- Familiarity with regional labor laws and HR/Talent & Culture practices, with a commitment to ensuring compliance and promoting fairness.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality Talent & Culture services.
