In this role you will:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance WebBeds’ market presence. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. By leveraging your expertise in sales and market dynamics, you will ensure WebBeds remains a trusted partner in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with key travel trade partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and wholesalers.
- Drive sales performance by negotiating competitive deals and promoting WebBeds’ product offerings.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including contracting, marketing, and operations, to optimize client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Represent WebBeds at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or B2B distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of the B2B travel industry and online booking platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
