We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This role will grow sales revenue for the Japan market, with specified targets. This includes accurately forecasting business and market needs, formulating and implementing sales strategy, while ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires occasional business travel to meet clients.

As a Sales Executive, you will grow sales revenue for the Japan market, with specified targets. This includes accurately forecasting business and market needs, formulating and implementing sales strategy, while ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires occasional business travel to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop business relationships with new and existing tour operators, wholesalers, travel agents and internal travel portals in assigned territory.
- Manage all prospective and existing customers in the assigned regions.
- Develop sales strategies and recommend appropriate product to commercial teams to increase sales.
- Develop sales plans to achieve optimum coverage of accounts.
- Initiate and execute action plans to source and develop new clients.
- Train clients to book via our website.
- Sell all of our product and online services, Hotels, Transfers and Excursions available through our web interface.
- Develop XML business from customers within your sales territory.
- Develop relationships and generate business leads from technology providers within your territory.
- Work closely with XML support to assist customers with XML Integrations.
- Work closely with operations to support clients with customer service.
- Work closely with the finance team with new customer set-up’s and on-time payment collections.
- Submit monthly sales reports, new projects, competition status and market intelligence.
- Monitor and meet sales targets.
- Identify potential business within these regions.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Able to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with hoteliers.
- Strong Mental Agility with the ability to stay focused, adapt to challenges, and think critically under pressure.
- A “Can-Do” attitude proactive, solution oriented, and always willing to take initiative.

- Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, proactive, dynamic, passionate, and a team player.
- Native Japanese and excellent English skills(verbal and written).
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
