We are seeking a highly organized and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead infrastructure and operations projects across our global business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise IT initiatives using structured waterfall methodologies, with exposure to agile environments as a bonus. This role requires excellent coordination, financial oversight, stakeholder management, and execution discipline to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead end-to-end IT projects including infrastructure rollouts, M365 initiatives, network upgrades, security implementations, and operational improvement initiatives
- Manage all aspects of project finances including budgeting, forecasting, tracking actuals, variance reporting, and financial close
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, risk logs, and communication plans
- Drive projects through a structured approach, ensuring phased delivery and strong governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, EUC, Security, and Service Delivery to meet delivery timelines
- Track project progress using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel), and provide regular updates to leadership
- Manage third-party vendors and procurement deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope and budget
- Facilitate governance routines including project reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with IT controls, data security policies, and audit requirements throughout project delivery
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure smooth handover to BAU teams

- 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure or operations projects using waterfall & Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, tracking actuals, and delivering within financial constraints
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Meraki, Networking, and Security
- Experience working with cross-functional and vendor teams in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency in project planning and financial tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly preferred
- Exposure to agile practices and environments is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
