We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to strengthen our relationships with hotel partners and maximize regional competitiveness. In this role, you will oversee rate and availability management, support promotional activities, analyze performance data, and contribute to strategic contracting initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for the travel industry to drive success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
Play a major role in the maintenance of our relationships with hotel partners. As the main point of contact for our partners you will be responsible for reviewing and loading hotel contracts, optimizing the products on offer, and assisting partners with the operation of internal platforms.
You will be responsible for a product optimization for either a single destination or a larger geographical area. The area may be changed dependent on the needs of the business.
Working closely with, and following the direction of, the Contract Manager, you will implement their market strategy for a given geographical area and take targeted actions as needed to ensure its success.
Key Responsibilities.
- Support hotel partners in maintaining up-to-date rates, allocations, and availability.
- Manage and evaluate stop sales, negotiating or acting as required.
- Work with Contracts Managers to identify opportunities for special offers and promotions.
- Conduct regular price comparisons to ensure WebBeds offers the most competitive rates.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with hotel partners to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Educate and train hotel partners on supplier interfaces to improve efficiency and engagement.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring promotions and campaigns for specific hotel partners.
- Analyse hotel performance and production data to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Undertake tasks related to competitiveness reports and other key departmental metrics.
- Investigate and recover 3P bookings to Directly Contracted (DC) as per departmental guidelines.
- Support the mapping and activation of BAR (Best Available Rate) contracts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
- Liaise with relevant internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain contractual hotel allocations and ensure last-minute availability is addressed.

- Fluency in English & Spanish is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with hotel distribution systems, APIs, or supplier interfaces is an advantage.
- Commercial awareness in the travel industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
