As a Product Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the Contracting team by managing relationships with hotel partners, optimizing rates and availability, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple destinations. Based within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will work closely with Contracts Managers to implement strategic actions that align with business goals. Your ability to maintain strong partnerships, monitor portfolio availability, and provide actionable insights will directly contribute to the ongoing success of WebBeds’ growth and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will:

As a Product Manager at WebBeds, you will work in tandem with the Contracting team to manage hotel portfolios, including rate and availability optimization, special offers, and promotional activity. You will regularly evaluate production metrics, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with internal teams to drive competitiveness in the marketplace. In addition, you will provide training for hotel partners on supplier interfaces and maintain key relationships with hotel partners to ensure their needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and address their queries.
  • Manage and maintain hotel allocations, last-minute availability, and overall portfolio availability.
  • Collaborate with hotel partners and Contracts Managers on special offers and promotions.
  • Review, accept, or negotiate stop sales with hotel partners.
  • Evaluate production performance and implement follow-up actions with the Contracts Manager and Line Manager.
  • Train hotel partners on supplier interface and extranet tools.
  • Conduct price comparisons and competitiveness analysis to ensure the best rates for the assigned destination.
  • Assist in mapping and activating BAR (Best Available Rate) contracts and ensure successful implementation.
  • Analyze, investigate, and recover third-party bookings based on departmental guidelines.
  • Handle a small portfolio of suppliers directly, as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including accounts, reservations, customer care, and content teams.
  • Identify new leads and opportunities for Contracts Managers.
  • Support Contracts Managers with urgent tasks during business trips.
  • Assist with loading contracts and last-minute offers through the Fresh Desk platform.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Proficiency in English (required).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with various contracting platforms.
