As a Pricing Manager at WebBeds, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our commercial performance by shaping and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue, improve market competitiveness, and support long-term value creation. In this role you will:
Be responsible for supporting and executing pricing and revenue optimization strategies, ensuring pricing precision across our distribution ecosystem. Your ability to analyze market signals, translate insights into action, and drive pricing agility will contribute to WebBeds’ position as a competitive and data-driven leader in global travel distribution.
Key Responsibilities.
- Execute and refine pricing strategies across multiple markets, supporting revenue, margin, and competitiveness objectives.
- Analyze pricing performance, pick-up, and pacing against forecasts and budgets; proactively recommend and implement pricing actions to address gaps.
- Translate commercial trends and demand signals into tactical and strategic pricing moves—including promotional planning and rate positioning.
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Commercial teams to assess pricing effectiveness, address challenges, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Contribute to the enhancement of pricing frameworks and tools to drive scalable and data-informed decision-making.
- Support the development of financial and pacing models that align with forecasting accuracy and budget objectives.
- Track and optimize the performance of promotional campaigns and pricing initiatives across segments and distribution channels.
- Conduct market benchmarking and diagnostics to inform pricing strategy and support long-term competitiveness.
- Create and communicate pricing dashboards, insights, and recommendations tailored to stakeholders across levels and functions.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across pricing platforms, tools, and systems.
- Contribute to cross-functional pricing forums and support the testing and roll-out of innovative pricing models.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics—ideally in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or B2B environments.
- Strong interest in developing deep knowledge of pricing models and commercial strategy across B2B and multi-channel ecosystems.
- Highly analytical mindset with a keen ability to spot trends, diagnose variances, and act on insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Microsoft Copilot and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Clear communicator capable of translating complex data into actionable strategies for a variety of audiences.
- Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders toward data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
