As a Power Platform Developer at WebBeds, you will design and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work on the migration of existing applications, document workflows, and support ongoing process improvements. By leveraging your expertise in automation technologies and analytical tools, you’ll contribute to the digital evolution of WebBeds’ operations. Your role will also involve engaging with stakeholders, providing technical support, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities.

• Analyze business needs to design and develop scalable Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Lead the migration of legacy applications to Power Platform, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and demonstrate solutions that align with business objectives.
• Document workflows, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and partner with the Process Reengineering Lead to optimize automated processes.
• Compile and analyze data, working closely with Business Intelligence teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during development and deployment, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Mentor team members by sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest Power Platform technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience in migrating legacy applications to Power Platform, including integration and process automation.
• Proficiency in databases (SQL, Dataverse), APIs, and integration services.
• Knowledge of workflow management, robotic process automation (RPA), and process optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
