We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Technology Lead to join our growing team. This role will focus on overseeing the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of people technology systems to enhance employee experience, streamline HR operations, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in both HR technology and leadership to ensure the seamless integration of people processes and innovative technology solutions. As the People Technology Lead, you will be responsible for managing key HR systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading digital transformation projects to improve the way we attract, develop, and retain talent.
In this role you will:
As the People Technology Lead, you will manage our data-driven Talent & Culture strategy, overseeing all HRIS systems and data functions within WebBeds. You will lead a team of analysts, ensuring that our Talent & Culture technology infrastructure is efficient and provides insights that help our Talent & Culture (T&C) teams make informed decisions. Your role will involve developing an effective Talent & Culture system that aligns with WebBeds’ mission, values, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of all HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability across regions.
- Develop and oversee a robust Talent & Culture analytics framework that provides actionable insights into workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and T&C performance metrics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify system needs, implement enhancements, and optimize the integration of Talent & Culture technology solutions with other business systems.
- Lead the creation of standardized reporting tools and dashboards, enabling clear communication of Talent & Culture metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Work with regional teams to align HRIS initiatives with local compliance requirements and operational needs.
- Use HRIS data to support compensation frameworks, succession planning, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational development projects.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies, driving continuous improvement in HRIS and data management practices.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HRIS analysts, ensuring they are equipped to meet strategic goals and operational challenges.

- Minimum 7 years of experience within HR/Talent & Culture technology and systems.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Talent & Culture, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, with proven experience managing HRIS systems and analytics in a global or regional capacity.
- Proficiency in Workday HRIS platform and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Workday HCM certified with additional WD certifications considered as a plus
- Workday Integrations certification with Workday HCM considered as a plus
- Managing regular Workday upgrades, creating plans, update roll outs etc.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights that influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in streamlining HRIS processes and optimizing data workflows in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of global HR/Talent & Culture data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and labor law compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing small teams; ability to work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams across regions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate cultural diversity, tailoring strategies to suit the needs of an international workforce.
- A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing innovative, data-driven solutions.
