The People Technology Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the HR technology landscape within the organization. This includes overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and generating actionable insights to enhance HR decision-making. The role requires collaboration across various departments, particularly HR and IT, to ensure that systems are integrated, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
In this role you will:
As People Technology Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining WebBeds’ Talent & Culture technology systems. By managing data integrity, providing insightful analytics, and supporting system enhancements, you will contribute directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Talent & Culture (T&C) operations. Your expertise will ensure that our HRIS platforms meet the needs of a dynamic global workforce. Manage the design, implementation and maintenance of all HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability across regions.
Key Responsibilities.
- Maintain and support HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system integrity.
- Develop and deliver accurate, actionable reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce planning, employee engagement, and T&C performance.
- Collaborate with the HRIS Analytics Lead to identify system enhancement opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or IT teams to resolve technical challenges promptly.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
- Provide technical support and training to Talent & Culture teams and end-users to enhance system adoption and usability.
- Monitor data compliance with global Talent & Culture regulations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support the development of analytics models that inform strategies across the whole T&C structure.
- Partner with global Talent & Culture teams to align HRIS functionality with regional and local needs.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for consistent reference and training.

- Minimum 5 years of experience within HR/Talent & Culture technology and systems.
- Proficiency in Workday HRIS platform and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Workday HCM certified with additional WD certifications considered as a plus
- Workday Integrations certification with Workday HCM considered as a plus
- Candidates should have experience with ITIL or other relevant frameworks for support and change control.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience with system implementation, testing, and configuration is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of global HR/Talent & Culture compliance requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system improvement and process optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, global team environment.
