As the People Support Assistant Manager at WebBeds, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and consistent people operations across our global business. Sitting at the intersection of employee experience and operational excellence, this role empowers you to support our team with core HR processes while championing data integrity, compliance, and process improvements. You’ll collaborate with regional T&C teams, payroll, and HRIS partners to ensure seamless service delivery that supports our people-first culture.
In this role you will:
Support the delivery of core HR operations across WebBeds, ensuring accuracy in employee data, effective administration of compensation and benefits processes, and adherence to global and local compliance standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions, contribute to process improvements, and act as a key contact for HR systems and reporting. Your efforts will enhance operational efficiency and deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities.
- Respond to employee and manager queries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Partner with HRIS, payroll, and regional T&C teams to ensure data consistency and accurate employee records across systems.
- Support the development and updating of policies, SOPs, templates, and toolkits related to people operations.
- Contribute to benefits enrolment, audits, and reporting processes globally, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
- Assist with analytics and reporting on compensation, benefits, and workforce metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with local labor laws, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in projects to improve service delivery and streamline processes within the People Support function.
- Act as a point of contact for administrative support in reward-related programs and process change initiatives.

- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations at assistant manager/managerial level.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to guide a team while providing upward guidance to senior management.
- Exposure to compensation or benefits practices, either globally or across multiple regions.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday preferred).
- Comfortable working with data and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, reporting basics).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and documentation.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a collaborative attitude and desire to learn and grow.
- Awareness of labour law basics and compliance standards (beneficial but not mandatory).
