People Remuneration Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical People Remuneration Associate to support our compensation and benefits programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with compensation practices across the organization. Working closely with the People & Culture team and business stakeholders, the Remuneration Associate will help administer salary reviews, benchmark compensation data, support benefits programs, and provide insights that drive informed HR and business decisions.

As a People Remuneration Associate, you will provide essential support in processing WebBeds’ global pay and benefits programs. Your role will include ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the administration of these programs while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities.
- Assist in the day-to-day administration and processing of compensation programs, including regular salary payments, off cycle payments where approved, adjustments, incentives, and bonus processes with full confidence
- Support the effective administration of benefits programs, addressing employee inquiries in line with our company values and ensuring accurate processing.
- Process payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary payments, deductions, and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with payroll providers where applicable to verify and update compensation and benefits data in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity for compensation and benefits activities.
- Prepare and analyse reports on compensation and benefits metrics to inform decision-making and track trends.
- Contribute to benchmarking activities by collecting and analyzing salary and benefits market data if requested by Total Rewards and approved by the People Services Director.
- Support benefits enrolment processes, renewals, and vendor communications to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual compensation review cycle, ensuring accurate data handling.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager to identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing efficiencies.
- Provide exceptional service to employees by responding promptly and effectively to compensation and benefits inquiries.

- Minimum 3 years of experience within HR/Talent & Culture transactional services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in HR/Talent & Culture, payroll, or benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits practices, HRIS systems, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Strong ethics and discretion when handling sensitive data.
