As the Partner Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing relationships with our global hotel chain partners. This role bridges the gap between commercial strategy and operational excellence by ensuring our partners' dynamic inventory is performing optimally across WebBeds’ Points of Sale. You’ll bring a combination of relationship management, data-driven insight, and technical integration knowledge to help us deliver outstanding results to our hotel partners and drive commercial success across a growing and diverse chain portfolio.
In this role you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with global hotel chain partners, ensuring their successful onboarding, connection, and ongoing performance across WebBeds’ platforms. You will work closely with Strategic Account Managers and Connectivity teams to optimize rates, availability, and commercial outcomes, playing a key part in driving growth and maximizing partner success within the dynamic inventory ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities.
- Own the success of key hotel chain partnerships by supporting their integration, performance, and growth across our platform.
- Work closely with Strategic Account Managers and Connectivity teams to ensure hotel properties are successfully connected, priced competitively, and fully optimized for bookings.
- Monitor property availability and production trends through data analytics and reporting tools to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
- Conduct quality audits for live properties—ensuring correct setup, accurate pricing, and rate competitiveness across systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and chain partners to resolve technical or operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Support onboarding of new chain partners and provide training on tools, systems, and best practices.
- Coordinate BAR contract mapping, activation, and go-live procedures with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of performance reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) through analysis and reporting.
- Take on a small portfolio of chain accounts where applicable, ensuring top-tier service and continuous optimization.

- Experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry, ideally involving chain hotel partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of hotel connectivity platforms, channel managers, and extranet systems.
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting and negotiating in person or via virtual platforms.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in multi-cultural, fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and operational insight into the travel technology landscape.
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as French or German are highly desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
