As an Optimization Manager, North America, you will play a key role in our Contracting team, ensuring that WebBeds’ dynamic inventory is optimally configured for success. Based in Orlando or working remotely from anywhere in the Americas, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize opportunities, enhance growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. With a strong operational focus on connectivity and a passion for the commercial side of the travel industry, you will ensure that our partnerships thrive, and our inventory is primed for sale.

In this role you will:

As an Optimization Manager at WebBeds, you will oversee the performance and setup of our dynamic inventory to align with the company’s commercial goals. You will monitor production, audit property data, and ensure seamless integration with electronic distribution channels. Your ability to foster strong business relationships and analyze performance metrics will be key in driving success. This role requires a detail-oriented, flexible professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can balance operational precision with strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Manage and optimize WebBeds’ dynamic inventory to meet commercial objectives.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production of connected hotels, leveraging relevant reports to track performance.
  • Ensure properties are accurately built, bookable, and available on the Point of Sale according to deadlines.
  • Conduct quality audits of property setups, ensuring competitive pricing and promotion accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any connectivity or production issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel chains, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Use analytical tools to identify trends and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and hotel partners regarding dynamic inventory performance.

  • Experience in Tourism & Hospitality: Proven background in the hotel or travel industry, with experience managing connectivity and electronic distribution channels.
  • Strong Analytical & Strategic Thinking Skills: Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
  • Operational Expertise: Familiarity with dynamic inventory management and a track record of ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Business Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: Highly accurate, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective Communicator: Proficient in written and verbal communication, with presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive & Flexible: A self-motivated individual who can think creatively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
