As a Mapping Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of hotel content across our platforms. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team focused on enriching our supplier data, optimizing content mapping processes, and supporting the seamless integration of new properties into our global systems. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our content infrastructure and supporting our partners in delivering world-class travel experiences.
In this role you will:
Own the mapping lifecycle, from reviewing imports and resolving discrepancies to maintaining geographic hierarchies and ensuring seamless supplier connectivity. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, collaboration, and a strong understanding of data quality in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities.
- Accurately map new hotel properties and room types across WebBeds platforms in line with established SLAs and priorities.
- Manage the shared Mapping inbox on a rotational basis, ensuring prompt responses and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve content and technical mapping issues such as TTI, GATA, and Product Code Errors (PCEs).
- Maintain the Robiquity Action Centre by processing hotel and room mapping tasks efficiently.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of the auto-mapping system post-import.
- Conduct regular reviews of mapping quality for XML clients and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier mapping files, ensuring consistency across systems.
- Identify and resolve duplicates in the database to enhance platform integrity.
- Support geo-tree structure maintenance and creation of new geographic levels when needed.
- Assist in the onboarding of new suppliers and contribute to other content-related ad hoc tasks and projects.

- Fluency in written and spoken English with strong communication abilities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to problem solving and data entry.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of system processes and digital tools.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in content mapping, data management, or within the travel or hospitality industry.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a drive to identify and implement process improvements.
