As a Key Accounts Manager for Regional Chains, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships with leading travel partners, including tour operators, travel agents, and online agencies. This dynamic role focuses on expanding our client base while ensuring the ongoing development and satisfaction of our assigned Key Accounts. Your efforts will directly impact WebBeds' growth and market presence, positioning us as a preferred partner in the travel industry.
In this role you will:
Generate new business by securing opportunities from top-tier travel partners while actively managing and nurturing existing accounts. You will leverage data insights to create sales opportunities, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Your role will involve strategic planning, market analysis, and representing WebBeds at key industry events, all aimed at increasing market share and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key account clients through daily engagement and tailored support.
- Leverage BI tools to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and create targeted sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings, promoting our services and expanding market presence.
- Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activities, and destination offerings to inform strategy and optimize client solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (contracting, marketing, analytics, customer service, finance, and supply) to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, driving WebBeds’ reputation as a leading hotel and services supplier.

- Fluency in spoken and written English (required) and proficiency in the local market language.
- Established network within tour operators, travel agents, and consortia, with proven sales success in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, BI tools, and CRM systems.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
