As the Head of Revenue Management for Europe at WebBeds, you will take a strategic role in shaping and executing pricing strategies that maximize revenue across the European market. Based in either our London or Palma offices, or remotely in Europe, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify and act on revenue opportunities, leveraging data insights to stay competitive in the dynamic travel industry. Your expertise will be crucial to ensuring WebBeds’ continued growth and profitability in Europe, while helping us deliver exceptional value to our partners and clients.

In this role, you will develop and implement pricing strategies for the European market, aimed at maximizing revenue and profit margins across customer segments. By analyzing competitive data and internal performance metrics, you will identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform pricing adjustments. Daily tasks include monitoring search trends, assessing pricing impacts, and collaborating with yield, revenue, and account teams to optimize performance. You will also track key competitor activity, provide insight into product and market trends, and ensure that pricing strategies align with company goals. Leading a small team, you’ll contribute to WebBeds’ overarching mission to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities.
- Conduct daily analysis of search trends at client and city levels to identify opportunities and take action to increase margins and sales.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategies, reporting on pre- and post-implementation sales and margin metrics.
- Ensure alignment with company revenue targets by consistently meeting margin goals.
- Proactively identify and address any department-related issues impacting revenue, such as low conversion rates or product availability gaps.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for the European market in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Report significant competitor trends and market shifts to management.
- Analyze data to assess the impact of products, prices, and sales channels on revenue performance.

- Educational Background: Degree in a quantitative, business, or related field is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the travel industry, with specific exposure to hotel, B2B, or B2C revenue management.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and developing actionable insights to drive revenue strategies.
- Financial Acumen: Strong decision-making skills with an understanding of the financial implications of pricing strategies.
- Communication Skills: Confident and diplomatic communicator, able to convey complex data-driven decisions to stakeholders.
