As the Head of Global Pricing at WebBeds, you will be instrumental in driving our pricing strategy and maximizing revenue on a global scale. Based in Palma with a hybrid working arrangement, you'll work closely with product, contracting, sales, marketing, and technical optimization teams to ensure our pricing aligns with business targets and market competitiveness. Your role will involve defining pricing strategies, monitoring performance, and leading initiatives to enhance conversion and margin. In this role you will:
As the Head of Global Pricing, you will oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies to enhance revenue and conversion. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that pricing strategies are effective and align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and leading projects to maximize revenue. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key departments, establishing control mechanisms, and traveling as needed to support business demands.
Key Responsibilities.
- Define and implement short- and long-term pricing strategies, coordinating actions and adjustments to maintain competitiveness and achieve target margins.
- Identify and incorporate key pricing inputs into strategy development.
- Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness, make adjustments as needed, and ensure goal achievement.
- Maximize human and technical resources to enhance outcomes, focusing on strategic tasks and automating repetitive processes.
- Lead initiatives and projects aimed at generating volume and maximizing revenue, involving relevant technical and business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective relationships and communication with product, purchasing, and sales departments across all regions.
- Establish departmental processes and controls to ensure strategies meet business targets.
- Travel as needed throughout the allocated region and to trade events.

- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Extensive experience in revenue or pricing roles within the travel industry.
- Knowledge of wholesale, online travel, and e-commerce.
- Experience with pricing and inventory management.
- Understanding of API/XML technical integrations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to track metrics and ensure success.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, results-driven, and organized with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to produce and analyze accurate reports and meet deadlines.
