As a Finance Manager based in Dubai, you will play a central role in WebBeds’ financial operations, ensuring the integrity and compliance of financial records. In this role, you’ll manage crucial financial activities, from overseeing transactions and preparing financial statements to ensuring tax compliance and supporting continuous process improvements. This is a key position for a detail-oriented professional with a solid grounding in international accounting standards, who can bring structure and insight to our finance function.
In this role you will:
As a Finance Manager at WebBeds, you will take charge of financial reporting and compliance activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, preparing tax filings, conducting variance analysis, and managing cash flow forecasts. You will lead intercompany balance reconciliations, coordinate audit processes, and identify opportunities for process automation. Working with senior leaders, you’ll ensure sound financial decision-making by delivering accurate, timely financial information, and you will mentor and support a mid-size finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Manage local tax obligations, including VAT compliance and corporate income tax in partnership with the Tax Manager.
- Conduct detailed variance, trend, and cost analysis to provide insights into financial performance.
- Lead intercompany balance reconciliations and support internal and external audit processes.
- Support budget development and forecasting efforts, advising on improvements in financial planning.
- Maintain cash flow forecasts and improve cash management processes to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Document financial processes and implement best practices to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, offering financial insights that support broader business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and guide the finance team to foster growth and achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure the highest ethical standards are upheld in all financial practices and reporting.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Progress toward or attainment of Chartered Accountant, CPA, or ACCA qualifications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, with preference for candidates from a Big 4 Audit Firm background.
- Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and a commitment to ongoing compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator, capable of engaging with internal teams, external partners, and auditors.
- Familiarity with SAP and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally to support WebBeds’ locations and business needs.
