We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑focused Distribution Control Business Analyst to support the Global Distribution Control function. This role is instrumental in analyzing distribution behavior, identifying compliance risks, and generating insights that help protect margins, ensure rate integrity, and enforce commercial and contractual rules across our global distribution landscape. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, building clear and actionable reports, and collaborating closely with Commercial, Technology, and Data teams to translate distribution control needs into measurable outcomes.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Strengthened adherence to rate parity policies: Reinforcing WebBeds’ internal definition, processes, tools, and distribution control initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Global Chains, Commercial Technology, Sales, Sourcing, IT and Data Teams to understand business needs and translate them into actions.
  • Maximize Production with Minimal Violations: Optimizing business performance by increasing booking volumes and reducing rate discrepancies.
  • Internal Control Protocols: Collect data from internal and external data sources, analyze and investigate trends, patterns, anomalies, and identify trends, rate parity breaches, Minimum Selling Price (MSP) violations, and other non-compliant distribution activity across suppliers, clients, and regions and translate data into actionable insights in alignment with the established processes.
  • Automated end to end process: Coordinate technical development efforts with both internal developers and external suppliers to support process automation from detection to incidence resolution.
  • KPI Harmonization and Cross-Audience Performance Reporting: Stablish a standardized framework of key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently evaluate the project’s progress and overall performance.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar analytical role (e.g. business analyst, distribution, pricing, revenue management, business intelligence, data analytics).
  • Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into business‑relevant insights.
  • Exposure to travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or distribution‑driven environments is highly valued.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, international teams is a plus

Skills and competencies 

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work confidently with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI or similar). ·
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and managing data quality.
  • Ability to translate complex data and rules into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, ownership‑driven approach.

Languages 

  • Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
  • Strong command of Spanish is highly recommended.
