In this role you will:
Be responsible for handling customer and partner inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining high service standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing feedback and insights to enhance processes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Manage incoming requests, complaints, and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Multitask effectively by handling multiple priorities, including receiving client information while updating systems.
- Maintain clear and organized records to track client interactions and issue resolutions.
- Perform daily checks to ensure all active inquiries are being addressed.
- Take ownership of decision-making within financial authority limits related to booking rates and agent markups.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer service processes.
- Provide feedback and guidance to colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment.
