As a Contracts Support Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless and accurate entry of supplier contract information into our company database. Working as part of the Contracting Team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure data accuracy, efficient workflows, and compliance with company procedures. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for accuracy.
In this role you will:
Be responsible for entering new supplier contracts, updating existing agreements, and ensuring data accuracy in our database systems. You will also liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve contract-related queries and ensure smooth contract management. A core part of your role will be to follow standardized processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities.
- Enter new supplier contracts and update existing contracts in company database systems.
- Ensure all contract entries meet accuracy standards, aiming for zero errors.
- Meet turnaround times in accordance with department service level agreements.
- Follow established processes and procedures to calculate cost rates.
- Identify and raise queries for contract details that appear incorrect or inconsistent.
- Collaborate with Contract Managers to resolve contract-related issues.
- Assist supplier partners with contract-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
- Support other departments with contract-related queries and documentation.
- Prepare and complete reports as required across the department.
