In this role you will:

Be a vital member of our Specialist Functions within the Contracting Team. Your primary responsibility will involve offering administrative support to the contracting and Contract Support team, ensuring the efficient and accurate entry of supplier contract information into the company database systems.

As a Contract Support Executive, your success will hinge on your keen attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and adhere to established processes and procedures to deliver flawless, error-free loading.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Accurately load new and updated supplier contracts into internal databases.
  • Perform cost calculations and pricing adjustments based on contractual inputs.
  • Complete thorough self-checks to maintain a zero-error data entry standard.
  • Flag and escalate discrepancies or anomalies in contract data for resolution.
  • Communicate with internal Contract Managers to clarify contract terms and resolve queries.
  • Support external suppliers in a courteous and timely manner when additional information is needed.
  • Meet data entry deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Offer insights into workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Produce internal reports and complete ad-hoc data-related tasks as required.
  • Contribute to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and achieving personal and team objectives.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Adaptable and open to changes in systems and procedures.
  • Experience in data entry, administration, or contract support (preferred).
