As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing competitive hotel contracts and driving revenue growth within your assigned regions. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and managing hotel partnerships, ensuring optimal pricing, availability, and margins to meet the company’s KPIs. With full ownership of your destination portfolio, you will work strategically to expand WebBeds’ presence and enhance its competitive positioning in the travel industry.

As a Contracts Manager, you will negotiate and manage hotel contracts, ensuring that WebBeds maintains a diverse and competitive portfolio. You will analyze market trends, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve key business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality market, a proactive approach to relationship management, and a strong focus on delivering revenue growth and margin optimization.
Key Responsibilities.
- Secure and manage hotel contracts within assigned regions, meeting WebBeds’ KPIs for pricing, availability, and revenue performance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds' strategic objectives.
- Regularly review contract performance, addressing pricing, availability, and quality concerns to optimize results.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, ensuring WebBeds remains competitive in key destinations.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement contracting strategies that enhance revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze destination performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of hotel agreements.
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies based on market trends.
- Ensure all contracting activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

- Proven experience in hotel contracting, account management, or a similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned regions and their hospitality market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable contract terms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends and performance data.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills relevant to assigned regions are highly desirable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel contracting (OTAs, bedbanks, tour operators).
- Understanding of contracting models (dynamic and static).
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional fluency in German and English (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
