As a Sales Manager XML at WebBeds for the CIS region, you'll be a key player in expanding our presence and managing our relationships with retail and XML partners. Your role will involve driving business growth, optimizing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will leverage your expertise in the travel industry to exceed performance targets and contribute to our market share in the CIS region.

In this role, you will focus on exceeding KPIs related to TTV, margin, and profit levels. You will supervise and coordinate credit management efforts, ensuring client debt exposure is controlled effectively. Managing account overrides and aligning them with P&L goals will be crucial, as will collaborating with analytics, customer service, finance, and supply teams. You will also serve as a brand ambassador, promoting WebBeds across Eastern European markets and attending trade shows to enhance market share.
Key Responsibilities.
- Exceed regional KPIs and targets, focusing on TTV, margin, and profit levels.
- Supervise and coordinate credit management efforts to control client debt exposure.
- Manage account overrides to ensure effective P&L alignment.
- Collaborate with analytics, customer service, finance, and supply teams to meet partner needs.
- Promote WebBeds as a key hotel supplier and increase market share.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, update the CRM, resolve technical issues, and liaise with support teams.
- Promote WebBeds brands in Eastern European markets and attend trade shows and conferences.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships, initiate promotions, and drive growth.
- Acquire new clients, identify new opportunities, and record them in the CRM.
- Monitor client booking numbers and margins against targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address issues and solve problems.
- Stay updated on market trends, key players, competitors, and trade shows.
- Ensure credit accounts have approved limits, assist with payment recovery, and finalize financial agreements.

- Proven sales and relationship-building skills within the CIS region and retail travel sector.
- Comprehensive experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent within the B2B travel industry.
- Track record of meeting targets and delivering success in business development and account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an Eastern European language is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
- Strong relationship management skills with external and internal stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong commercial instincts and entrepreneurial drive with creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
