As a Business Development Manager – North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving WebBeds’ growth in the region. Based in Orlando or working remotely from the United States, you’ll leverage your sales acumen and market insights to identify opportunities, build relationships, and onboard new customers. This is a dynamic position for a proactive professional with a deep understanding of the travel industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

In this role you will:

As a Business Development Manager at WebBeds, you will take charge of creating and executing plans to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. You will identify market trends, build a robust pipeline of prospects, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Your strong analytical and relationship management skills will be key to uncovering opportunities and positioning WebBeds as a leader in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Define growth strategies and identify market opportunities to increase WebBeds’ presence in North America.
  • Build and manage a reliable pipeline of prospective customers, achieving targets for new customer signings and onboardings.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with WebBeds’ strategic goals.
  • Address client challenges and objections by proposing creative, tailored solutions that enhance WebBeds’ competitive position.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including commercial technology, finance, and customer service, to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight trends, opportunities, and WebBeds’ value proposition, using data-driven insights.
  • Attend industry events and conduct client meetings, representing WebBeds and showcasing our capabilities.

  • Fluent English Communication: Excellent written and spoken skills are essential for presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with experience in BI tools like Power BI being a strong advantage.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market opportunities and align them with WebBeds’ strengths and objectives.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry and adjusting to shifting priorities.
  • Organizational Excellence: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B sales within the travel industry is required; familiarity with distribution channels and segment-specific challenges is a plus.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to attend events and meet clients.
