Job Title: FIT Reservations Executive

Department: Operations

Location (primary): Edinburgh

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve the maximum profit margin on all car touring bookings.
• To ensure that non-credit clients and clients with specific terms are invoiced at the correct time.
• To ensure that queries/problem supplier invoices are resolved within the deadline.
• To check financial details of each booking and to the ensure profit / loss is identified on Tourplan accurately.

Essential Qualifications and Knowledge

• A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet

• Previous experience of working in DMC -Groups Business
• Comprehensive industry knowledge
• Fluency in a European language (German or French) as well as English.
